The web sites which say They can be promoting fake UK driving licences to the clearnet (where you are actually) are literally not selling them. Alternatively, they’re advertising inexpensive imitation cards which don’t appear something like the true DVLA-issued licence, aren’t the appropriate colour and don’t even say “Driving Licence”
